Best Broccoli Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 teaspoon large balsamic vinegar
2 Number of islands (grated)
2 of crushed garlic cloves

1- Cut the broccoli into small flowers and wash well.
2- Cook the broccoli in boiling water with salt, then drain and put in cold water, then drain and leave aside.
3- In a deep bowl, place the yogurt, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar and mix well.
4- Put all the vegetables in a deep bowl and place the mixture over the yogurt, mix well and serve cold.
The preferred not to cook broccoli too much so as not to change color and in a small amount of water so as not to lose all benefits.
finally, If you want a more gentle lady to taste added some nuts on the face of the dish to give you a high nutritional value
